چکیده
Objective. Study the competitiveness, complementarity and symbiotic activity of a new strain chickpea nodule bacteria Mesorhizobium ciceri ND-64, study influence seed inoculation on productivity yield varieties Ukrainian selection under their cultivation in different soil climatic zones Ukraine. Methods. Serological, gas chromatography, field experiment statistical. Results. The use M. ND-64 for pre-sowing bacterization seeds Skarb, Admiral, Odysei, Budzhak, Triumf Pamiat upon growing experiments Steppe zone against background local population contributes to significant increase nitrogen-fixing nodules by 5 % 67 %, an mass 10 nitrogenase 26 150 compared with positive control (inoculation reference H-12). ND- 64 Ukraine also had effect increasing — 4 18 control. Inoculation contributed formation higher number (by 57 89 %), increaseed (2.2–2.9 times) (2–4 Polissia fields where there is no rhizobia. Under these conditions, structural parameters yield, highest gain photosynthetic protein content grain was shown. Obtaining specific antisera immunization rabbits allowed detect serological relatedness H-101, sp. ND-601 isolated from Skarb varieties. competitiveness determined using immunological method experiment. It found that 100 have been formed representatives variant this group applied were serogroup. Conclusion. effective microsymbiont plants, due its virulence, properties. According results experiments, it shown strain, complementary all studied differing size shape, type bush average height, forms symbiosis plants both active rhizobia absence cicerі soil. Symbiotic treatment suspension exceed values variants H-12 strains each variety. Therefore, can be used as bioagent microbial preparation order form bean-rhizobial symbiosis, culture improve quality.

Mesorhizobium loti strain R88B was isolated in 1993 in the Rocklands range in Otago, New Zealand from a Lotus corniculatus root nodule. R88B is an aerobic, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming rod. This report reveals the genome of M. loti strain R88B contains a single scaffold of size 7,195,110 bp which encodes 6,950 protein-coding genes and 66 RNA-only encoding genes. This genome does not harbor ...

Mesorhizobium loti strain NZP2037 was isolated in 1961 in Palmerston North, New Zealand from a Lotus divaricatus root nodule. Compared to most other M. loti strains, it has a broad host range and is one of very few M. loti strains able to form effective nodules on the agriculturally important legume Lotus pedunculatus. NZP2037 is an aerobic, Gram negative, non-spore-forming rod. This report rev...

Mesorhizobium loti strain R7A was isolated in 1993 in Lammermoor, Otago, New Zealand from a Lotus corniculatus root nodule and is a reisolate of the inoculant strain ICMP3153 (NZP2238) used at the site. R7A is an aerobic, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming rod. The symbiotic genes in the strain are carried on a 502-kb integrative and conjugative element known as the symbiosis island or ICEMlSym(R...

Mesorhizobium loti strain CJ3Sym was isolated in 1998 following transfer of the integrative and conjugative element ICEMlSym(R7A), also known as the R7A symbiosis island, in a laboratory mating from the donor M. loti strain R7A to a nonsymbiotic recipient Mesorhizobium strain CJ3. Strain CJ3 was originally isolated from a field site in the Rocklands range in New Zealand in 1994. CJ3Sym is an ae...
